Only essential team members and authorized service providers involved in preparing your book have access, all thoroughly vetted with background checks. Your data is only accessed for printing purposes. You can permanently delete all your data by deleting your account.

Yes, you can pre-pay for a 20 side 8” x 8” book along with the 1-year membership. However, if the recipient of the gift would like a larger size book or more pages, they can easily upgrade by paying the difference. We want to ensure the recipient of the gift has the flexibility to upgrade, should they want to.

Once you have paid for the gift, you will receive an email with the e-gift voucher. You can simply forward the email or share a printout of the same to the recipient.

Yes, we currently provide a 30-day free trial with limited entries and features. During this trial period, you can explore few select features of the 'Remember When' membership and see how effortlessly you can document all your child's memories. Please note, ordering a book is not available during the free trial.

Yes! We want you to cherish the sweetest memories of this special time. During pregnancy, you'll receive weekly questions along with daily reminders to document any special moments. After your child is born, you'll receive daily questions tailored to their age.

We understand the need to feel prepared before giving birth. So yes, once you sign up you will be able to choose between starting your questions immediately during pregnancy or after your child is born. All you have to do once your child is born is log into your profile and update your child’s birth date.

We would love for you to be able to manage all your babies memories from a single profile, we are working hard to bring this feature to you. Today, you can’t do that. If you have twins or triplets, you can respond to questions for all of them using a single profile and create a combined book.

Currently, our service sends WhatsApp questions to only one registered phone number, so either parent can sign up. We suggest sharing the experience by discussing the questions together and collaboratively deciding on the entries. We're excited to share that we're working on a feature to allow both parents to receive messages in the future, enhancing your experience in creating a beautiful digital baby book together.

Our membership is annual i.e. it will last one year from your date of sign up. You can renew our services annually and currently document your baby’s life using remember when until they turn three.

Yes, ofcourse! You can gift a 1-year membership along with book credit for a printed memory book. Simply go to our gift a membership page, make the payment and share the gift code with your loved one. For more details, refer to FAQ’s on the gifting page.

You can not cancel or get a refund for a membership once paid.

During pregnancy, you'll receive weekly WhatsApp questions from us every Sunday at 8pm along with a general reminder on all other days. After your baby’s arrival, you will receive unique questions daily at 8pm until your membership ends or until your little one’s third birthday, whichever is earlier.

You can respond to a question on WhatsApp using text, images or both. There are no restrictions on the word count for textual responses, but for images we can only accommodate up to four per question. Video responses are not supported at the moment.

You can respond to a question on WhatsApp with a memory until you receive the subsequent question. If you wish to respond to an unanswered question, you can do so on the web app.

Yes, on the web app you can view all the questions and memories you've previously responded to. You have the flexibility to edit these memories at any time through the web app. You can add and crop images, edit text and delete memories.

If you wish to share a memory unrelated to the current question send ‘NEXT’ on WhatsApp and then share that memory. Likewise if you want to share multiple memories consecutively, please send 'NEXT' on WhatsApp between each memory. This signifies that the memory is not tied to the question asked or the previous memory shared. Please note, failure to send 'NEXT' will result in the algorithm treating all memories as a single entry in the book.

The web app allows you to change the date of when a memory occurred. So you can always send memories via WhatsApp and log into the web app to correct the date before you print the book. You can also access a series of bonus questions in your web app. Just answering those will ensure you have documented your baby’s entire year.

If you have signed up during pregnancy, then you can inform us about your baby’s birth by going to the baby book settings page and simply updating the date of birth and few basic details. Post this, you will start receiving relevant questions for your baby. 

We only provide hard cover matte laminated books to ensure maximum durability. The books are designed to withstand wear and tear, providing longevity for decades to come. We offer two size options i.e. 8” x 8” and 11” x 11” starting at Rs 1,700 and Rs 2,800 for 20 sides respectively and Rs 35 and Rs 70 for every additional side respectively. We can print upto a maximum of 150 pages in a book.

Yes, while there is a limit to the number of pages in a single book (150 sides), we want to ensure you can print as many memories as you’d like! Therefore, if you‘d like to print memories beyond 150 sides, we will divide them across multiple books as separate parts to accommodate all your memories.

You can preview the book anytime by logging into the web app! Simply go to the book section on the web app and click preview book. 

Certainly, you have the option to exclude specific memories from the book. We understand that you may not want to print every memory uploaded and so for each memory, you will have an option to include or exclude it from your book. 

You can delete a question and keep only the response for printing by simply going to the edit memory section and clicking the delete icon next to the question

We recommend parents to share photos in 'HD' quality on WhatsApp to achieve high quality prints. While photos may seem good quality on your digital device when uploaded, they may print poorly if they are low resolution. It's best to avoid sharing photos from sources that compress the file size and instead use the original image files.

Once you're satisfied with the book preview, you can proceed to order on the web app. After payment, we'll email relevant updates regarding order confirmation, delivery timelines. Delivery typically takes 5-10 working days from order placement.

From the time of ordering it will take 5-10 working days to deliver your book.

Yes, once you print your book, you will receive a digital copy of the PDF. The digital copy will be emailed to you after your print version is confirmed. Additionally, if you ever wish to order more copies in the future, you can easily get them printed through us again.
